I have never been on the reformer before, is it ok?

Absolutely! It's never too late to start your Pilates journey and improve your health and body. Get your first class here and please arrive 10 minutes before the start :)
What should i wear for the class?
We recommend wearing longer length athletic pants or leggings and an athletic t-shirt or tank top. Socks are required, you don't need shoes.
Where can i park?
You can comfortably park at Central point underground parking for 0.50€/h (entrance from the BIG FASHION shopping mall) or at city parking Arsenija Boljevica street.
How many times a week should I do Pilates?
Two to four times a week is what we suggest to our new clients. Also we suggest you start with a few private sessions. We want you to be familiar with your body's strengths, needs and work correctly from the beginning. We introduce you to the philosophy of pilates, terminology, and the different apparatuses. There is a lot of information that you need to focus on in the beginning.

What is Pilates Place approach?

We're moving Pilates culture in Montenegro, through individual approach even at group classes. We will help you strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, improve posture, and stabilize the core and back.
